For under-18 learners

• A guardian link and consent record before any booking.
• Adults cannot message a minor directly. Every thread with a minor includes the guardian and is retained.
• Sessions with minors are audio-recorded and kept for 30 days. Guardians can review them.
• No contact details are shared. Phone numbers and emails in messages are blocked and reported.
• Only tutors with a clean safeguarding check and an approved-for-minors badge can teach under-18s.
• Under-18s never earn cash. They earn Hive Credits — free subscription days — for referrals and streaks.

For guardians

• See readiness, practice hours and sessions for each child.
• Set a spending limit; anything above it needs your approval.
• Approve or decline cohort places and bookings from one screen.

Reporting

A report button sits in every room and thread. Reports go to a staffed queue with a 24-hour clock; reports involving a minor are triaged first. You can also email safety@schoolxense.ng.
